Fitboxe: time to kick that stress away..

The main difference that distinguishes pure-fit-boxing from boxing is the lack of real physical contact with the enemy (which, in this case, is simply a sack): the final aim of fit-boxing is to release tension, stress or anger against something that you can’t hurt. The secret of fit-boxes’ success is the interweaving of three elements: aerobics, martial arts and the punching of moving sacks. The training session consists of kicks, punches, knees and elbows, to the rhythm of energetic music. Fit-boxing is ideal for burning many calories, releasing the stress of sedentary work days and avoiding the usual repetitive workout in the gym. As a matter of fact, a fit-boxe lesson can burn from 300 to 500calories (depending from the intensity of the training and depending on the individual). The main results are the ultimate firming of legs, buttocks and abs
Fit-boxe is suitable for
all: not only you burn all the calories from that ‘panino’ you ate at lunch, but furthermore a specific and basic training provides  knowledge base for
 one’s self-defense.
Fit-boxing is winning both men and women over: this is because it fulfills the basic reasons for which people go to the gym- losing weight, prevent heart disease, keeping fit and toning up the body, relaxing and releasing tensions, have fun and, most of all, learn.

Gymnastics: whip your body back in shape.

Gymnastics is a sport which involves the performance of movements which require strength, flexibility and kinesthetic (coordination) abilities. Gymnastics is one of the oldest sports, it has developed since the years of the ancient Greek soldiers, who performed it to stay in shape and exercise in order to improve their abilities during battle. To the term gymnastics there are many meanings attributed, from rehabilitation, to strengthening, to real hardcore gymnastics. One of the most popular gymnastics is that to lose weight. A slimming exercise must be strictly aerobic and toning. The exercise to lose weight may also be firming against stretch marks, etc. For this reason, gymnastic is a sport which can be done by both men and women who care about their physical appearance. There are physical exercises aimed to help train, firm or shape parts of the body. They are absolutely focused on the part of the body which they work for, and hence cannot be repeated for other zones. Another fantastic thing about gymnastics is that it may serve as a preparation to get in shape before a sportive season, such as ski, soccer, track. Once one learns the exercises, gymnastics can be practiced anywhere: so work those abs, glutes, legs and arms wherever you can!

Aerobics: Ditch the workout, join the fun!

Hey ladies, this one’s for you.
If you feel like you're sick of working out by yourself in the gym, the Sporting offers a new engaging aerobics program. For those of you who don't know, aerobics is the type of physical activity involving mainly the heart, its apparatus, and the muscular structure.
Aerobics is a complete fitness program that helps the body to work to improve its efficiency and strength, and subsequently allows it to increase cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength. The result? Optimal body composition
The primary motivation which determines one's choice to engage in aerobics is the love for music and rhythmMoving to the music’s beats instinctively allows individuals to express themselvesthus enabling the creation of a positive mind-body feedback, which is not only gratifying, but also refreshing.
In addition, because aerobics consists of a series of repetitive rhythmic movements and intense use of specific muscles, this enables to ease the tensions and allows an overall workout that takes place involving all organ systems. Furthermore, the music, the people and the rhythm will make you forget you are actually working out, for the fatigue will be rewarded with entertainment.
In case any of you need more convincing, here is a list of the beneficiary results of a good aerobics training:
- decrease in heart rate at rest.
- decrease in recovery time of the heart.
- improving neuromuscular response times.
- use of adipose tissue.
- increase in total blood volume and capillary networks.
- increase in stroke volume.
- increased level of HDL (good).
- increased lung capacity.
- maintain / increase the elasticity of the bones.
- increased production of endorphins.
- reduction of psychological stress.
- stabilization of blood pressure
- release muscle tension

Interval Training: burn those calories!

Interval training is a type of physical training that involves bursts of high intensity work. This high intensity work is alternated with periods of rest or low activity, the eponymous intervals.
The term can refer to any cardiovascular workout (cycling, running, rowing, etc.) that involves brief bouts at near-maximum intensity interspersed with periods of lower-intensity activity.
Interval training is often practiced by long distance runners (800 meters and above). Sprinters and footballers have also been known to use this type of training.
Distance runners often practice interval training on tracks, running hard at a certain pace for a specified distance (or, less often, time) and jogging, walking, or resting for a set distance or time before the next speed burst. Distances can also vary; one example would be a "ladder" workout consisting of a 1600-meter, two 1200-meter, three 800-meter, and four 400-meter repetitions, each at an appropriate speed and with an appropriate amount of recovery.
Interval training is a favorite of coaches because of its effectiveness in cardiovascular build-up and also its ability to make more well-rounded runners / riders. However, it is also applicable to exercisers as it helps improve exercisers’ aerobic capacity to exercise longer at varying intensities (Mayo Clinic, 2009).
This method of training may be more effective at inducing fat loss than simply training at a moderate intensity level for the same duration
